The Community Education Enrichment Grant program is a partnership between the Saint Paul Public Schools Department of Community Education and the Saint Paul Public Schools Foundation to support enrichment for our students. These grants are available to all Saint Paul Public School employees who are dedicated to inspiring a love of learning through enriching youth programs. Instructors are invited to apply for funds to support after-school, no-school day and summer enrichment programs or to expand the enrichment opportunities during the school day.

Highlights from the 2010 funding cycle:
- Six youth instructors received funding totaling $5600.
- Three projects have been completed.
- Three projects are in process.
The completed projects have served: - 110 youth in 5,613 program hours.

- Nature Journaling at American Indian Magnet
- Outdoor Detectives at Horace Mann Elementary
- East Side Children's Summer Program
- Giving Our Students a Chance to Care at Obama Service Learning Magnet
- Mini Mural Camp at Rondo Education Center
- Artist's Workshop Camp at North End Elementary
